  1. Install the app on your smartphone

  2. Create an account or chose "later" and select your nearest market

  3. Browse restaurants available in your area

  4. Select a restaurant, add desired items to your order 

  5. Add payment method and delivery instructions at checkout 

  6. Place order and track your delivery from the restaurant to your door

What it does for you.

Valley Eats is an all in one order, payment and delivery solution. With built-in features that include the ability to maintain a customizable menu list, order tracking, analytics and business profiles. Valley Eats has an option for businesses to notify end users if they are too busy or if order times need to be adjusted. A proprietary confirmation flow was created to ensure the restaurant can fulfill all orders received, therefore no orders are missed or unattended too.

  • Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.
  • How do I place an order?
    Once you download the app onto your mobile device, open the app create an account. Once your location is set and you can browse restaurants in your area, select which restaurant you'd like to
  • How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?
    You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
  • What is an FAQ section?
    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
