2. Participation and Delegation
Vendors opt into campaigns via the vendor portal by selecting their participation preferences.
Upon opting in, vendors grant Valley Eats the authority to determine:
Minimum order value for promotional discounts.
Participation in themed marketing events and promotions.
Discount percentage (e.g., "10% off").
Maximum discount per order (e.g., "up to $15").
Valley Eats ensures that these parameters are fair and designed to attract customers while balancing vendor needs.
3. Marketing Dollar Allocation
Vendors receive a set amount of marketing credits per month, based on the structure of their commission package. Credits reset each month, with opportunities to earn additional credits.
Additional credits include:
Performance Bonus: $25 per quarter for meeting campaign engagement goals.
Seasonal Boosts: Up to $30 for high-traffic promotional periods.

5. Simple Opt-In Process

6. Expiry and Rollover
Marketing dollars are valid only for the month in which they are allocated and do not roll over.
Seasonal and performance-based bonuses must be used within the respective promotional period.
7. Opt-Out Policy

8. Refunds and Adjustments
Marketing dollars hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for monetary compensation.
